Soft copies of formal Customer Feedback are received electronically using a TAB at the report dispatch section in the A block main reception and it is one of the primary responsibilities of the Senior Phlebotomist posted to direct the customer (whoever is willing) to enter their feedback in the TABLET at the reception. The feedback received from the clients will be electronically transmitted to the IT department and the feedback is tabulated in Excel format. Copy of feedback is also transmitted to a common mail ID where the key personnel can view the feedback. The documented Excel format in IT department is utilized for generating a graphical analysis at the end of each month. Necessary corrective and preventive actions are documented where there is a negative feedback / feedback for improvement from the customer.
